Undercover Night Walker (Allison)

"I want to know whats wrong with you," frowned Allison.

"There isnt anything wrong." Amy said honestly as she walked down those oh so fimiliar streets. Sometimes it seemed she had walked those same streets every day. Then she remembered that she had

"It seems like there's something wrong..."

"There isn't." Amy answered once again and walked silently

Allison nodded and walked silenty with her.

Amy sighed softly as she leaned against the usual wall and tossed her hair over one shoulder. She hadnt mean to hurt Alli's feelings but nothing was wrong and hated when people annoyed her about it

Allison bit her lip and waited for a customer or something.

Amy watched as the light passed over head. She hadn't realized how early she was but had wanted to leave Alex's house for some reason. She was used to leaving early and had fallen into that habit. Still Amy looked to Alli. "You don't have to be here."

"I want to be here," Allison smiled.

Amy chuckled softly. "Well who am I to turn you away then? Especially when your writting that article about our side of the story."

Allison smiled, "I...I'm so sorry about everything that happened with Alex.."

"Nothing to be sorry for. Just don't want to be in a relationship with him. He is the guy that will make me give this up,and right now I don't want to give this up."

"Why keep it? If you like him, why would you want to keep it?" Allison asked.

"Because I happen to like what I do. It may be dirty to others but hey,its my life." Amy replied simply

"Then keep doing it," shrugged Allison.

Amy chuckled softly and turned her head towards Allison. The way it came out was as if she needed the other womans permission. This was fairly laughable to Amy but she also knew that the Alli meant well. "Look, girls like you have a shot at a good life. A husband,children,the whole shabang. Girls like me don't. We dug ourselves into holes that we will never get out of. We have accepted it."

"And if Alex let you keep this life? Or Phil?" Allison asked, crossing her arms.

"I didn't say I needed them either. I have been doing fine by myself. Besides,we both know Phil will go back to his girl or guy." Amy shrugged to her and smiled a bit.

"Maybe not, not if he really loves you," smiled Allison.

Amy shook her head. She had to give Alli credit,nothing dampened her mood or outlook. But Amy knew that it was just a fling with Phil. "yeah...maybe."

Allison smiled, "Now, why don't we get cleaned up, head back home, and I can make dinner."

"That sounds nice." Smiling Amy took the other womans hand in her own and navigated the dark streets. Some girls were already out and though Amy smiled to them she had no plans of coming back out tonight.

Nolee smiled, "We don't have to worry about that."

"About what?" Amy asked as she unlocked the door

"Work," chuckled Allison.
